Position Overview

Michels Communications Corporation is seeking a

Social Media Content Creator & Executive Assistant

to work directly with the Vice President & Director of Digital Marketing. This is a

hands-on, fast-paced role

for someone who wants real experience in content creation, marketing execution, and business operations—not just entry-level tasks. You will play a key role in helping produce content, support campaigns, and keep marketing initiatives moving forward across multiple brands and clients. What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Social Media

Capture high-quality video and photo content Create reels, short-form video, and platform-specific content Assist with posting and managing content across:

Facebook Instagram TikTok LinkedIn YouTube

Stay on top of trends and implement what’s currently working Editing & Production

Edit content for engagement, clarity, and performance Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar Ensure content aligns with brand standards and messaging Executive & Marketing Support

Work directly with the VP of Digital Marketing on campaigns and initiatives Assist with organizing projects, timelines, and deliverables Help coordinate marketing efforts across multiple clients and platforms Support execution of digital campaigns and internal projects Performance & Optimization

Track engagement and basic performance metrics Identify opportunities to improve content and results Assist with reporting and campaign adjustments Execution & Problem Solving

Take initiative and complete tasks without constant direction Adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment Bring ideas, test them, and refine based on performance Who This Role Is For

Required:

Experience with Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools Understanding of social media trends and algorithms Interest in digital marketing, advertising, or business growth Key Skills
