Responsibilities

Commit full-time to building a residential real estate business in the Charlotte area

Complete PLACE Launch training and implement team lead generation systems

Prospect daily and build a database of at least 200 contacts

Respond to leads promptly and maintain consistent follow-up

Accurately track contacts and transactions in the team CRM

Host at least two open houses per month

Guide buyers through agreements, showings, and negotiations

Secure listings, develop pricing strategies, and manage launch preparation

Apply strong market knowledge and negotiation skills in every transaction

Attend required trainings, script practice, meetings, and 1:1 coaching

Maintain high standards of professionalism and client service

Support team collaboration and contribute to shared goals

Qualifications You are a motivated, disciplined real estate professional ready to increase your production and build a sustainable business. You value strong customer service, clear communication, and consistent follow-up, and you understand that daily prospecting and accountability drive long-term success. You are coachable, organized, and committed to treating real estate as a full-time career.

Active real estate license with at least one year of experience

Located in the Charlotte, NC Metro area
