Truck Dealer Sales Service Assistant

Busy truck repair, fabrication, and dealer company seeking a reliable and responsible individual to help assist our Sales and Service Department.

Job Description, but not limited to:

Customer Service - Interact with Customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses.

Help assist with estimates, on-site estimate, Invoicing, and repair orders. Assist with sales of truck and equipment.

Schedule appointments, monitor service progress, calculate charges, and process payment.

Interact with managers to ensure proper parts are in stock needed for jobs.

Interact with managers to ensure each truck is being worked on in a timely fashion.

Vehicle Tracking - log in info.

IPad usage.

Data Entry.

Keep organized spreadsheets/charts.

Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Experience: Automotive experience a plus (Cars & Trucks) A clean NYS drivers license (preferred)

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm Full-Time or Part-Time available
