Job Description

This is a remote position. The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for achieving account development and revenue targets for recurring revenue products as well as equipment only or guided installation sales. Job Location Remote position with occasional in-person meetings at HQ after initial 2-week training period at our HQ in Fayetteville, GA. Additional responsibilities include: Daily introductory calls and follow up. Discover additional opportunities for ASW with assigned or developed accounts Keeping CRM data updated Follow through on orders Metrics: Maintain an NPS score of 85 or better. Meet or exceed recurring and box sale revenue targets

Requirements

Education/Certifications: High School diploma or GED Bachelor's Degree or some college preferred Required/Desired Knowledge, Experience and Skills: AV or IT systems knowledge Professional writing and communication skills Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills
