The Parts Outside Salesperson will provide clients with outstanding, quality customer service. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, identifying replacement and warranty parts, generating revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new, aftermarket and replacement parts

Location: New Orleans, LA

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Identify market potential by qualifying accounts.

* Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.

* Retain customer satisfaction by assisting customers with identifying parts and providing quotes. Inform customers on any updates and service bulletins supplied by manufacturers.

* Close sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.

* Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and parts; developing new applications.

* Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.

* Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.

* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

* Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Qualifications:

* HVAC Preferred; Other Parts Industry experience will be considered.

* Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.

* Presentation Skills; closing skills; motivation for Sales; Persistence; meeting goals.

* Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office

Benefits:

* Base salary with performance-based incentive plan

* Paid bi-weekly for base salary/ monthly for performance-based incentive plan

* 1 to 3 weeks of vacation per year as tenure increases

* Additional PTO - 4 hours each month after 90 days' employment

* Health insurance plan (eligibility after 90 day probationary period)

* Long term disability coverage starting 90 days after employment - paid 100% by the company - covers 60% of salary

* $20,000 term life insurance - coverage starting 90 days after employment - paid 100% by company

* Can contribute to the 401K plan 1 year after employment begins; matching up to 4% of salary depending on your contribution %

* 401K plan includes an optional profit-sharing contribution that has historically been funded since the plan started. A contribution is made for you even if you don't contribute to the 401k plan. Typically, 3% of salary is contributed each March.

* 8 Paid Holidays per year (eligible after 90 days of employment)
