Member Experience Specialist (Sales Associate) - Orangetheory Fitness Murfreesboro

Pay: $14-$16/hr base + commission

Schedule:

Morning: 4:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Evening: 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM (M-F)

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Must be available for either shift and weekends

What You'll Do

This role blends customer experience + sales performance:

* Greet every member and guest with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism

* Build genuine relationships that turn first-time visitors into long-term members

* Confidently present and sell gym memberships, guiding prospects to the right fit

* Follow up on leads, make calls, and book intro classes-not afraid of the phones

* Consistently ask for the sale and close memberships

* Support coaches and ensure a seamless studio experience during classes

* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment

* Represent Orangetheory at community events and outreach opportunities
