Member Experience Specialist (Sales Associate) - Orangetheory Fitness Murfreesboro

Pay: $13-$16/hr. base + commission

Schedule: 4:30 am - 12:30 pm & 3:30 pm - 7:00 pm M-F (Weekends: Saturday & Sunday from 7:00 am - 1:00 pm)

Available to work either Shifts and must be available to work weekends.

What You'll Do:

* Greet and engage every guest with energy and positivity

* Guide new members through their first Orangetheory experience

* Share membership options and help people choose what's best for them

* Support trainers during classes and ensure the studio runs smoothly

* Represent OTF at community and outreach events

* Keep our studio clean, welcoming, and organized
