We’re seeking a senior growth leader to own and scale a company’s subscription business and core revenue engine. This role sets long-term growth strategy and drives how audiences are acquired, engaged, retained, and monetized, while partnering cross-functionally to shape product, marketing, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute growth strategy across the full customer lifecycle
Own subscription performance, including acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
Use data and insights to guide prioritization, forecasting, and investment decisions
Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve engagement and loyalty
Build and mentor high-performing growth teams and processes
Support broader revenue and marketing initiatives aligned to company goals
Ideal Background
Significant experience leading growth, subscriptions, or lifecycle programs
Strong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution ability
Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
