The Opportunity


We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead and execute a highly strategic, design-forward marketing vision. This individual will be responsible for shaping the forREAL brand, driving demand across enterprise clients, and building a marketing engine that directly supports revenue growth.

This role will work in close partnership with the Director of Sales, aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives to drive measurable increases in client acquisition, leasing velocity, and overall platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities


Brand & Positioning

  • Define and elevate the forREAL brand across all channels 
  • Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity across all materials 
  • Position forREAL as a category-defining platform within real estate technology 

Demand Generation & Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive inbound interest from owners, developers, operators, and tenants
  • Build targeted campaigns that attract both enterprise clients and end-users actively searching for housing
  • Work directly alongside the Director of Sales to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and drive measurable growth in sales performance
  • Partner with sales to create high-converting marketing funnels, campaigns, and materials
  • Track performance of ad campaigns/marketing materials, and analyze data to create effective and influential materials

Content & Creative Direction

  • Oversee the creation of pitch decks, digital assets, social media, and website content
  • Lead storytelling around product capabilities including AI leasing, 3D touring, and digital management tools
  • Ensure all content reflects a refined, elevated, and modern aesthetic 

Digital & Product Marketing

  • Own go-to-market strategies for new features and platform expansions 
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions 
  • Optimize user-facing messaging to increase engagement and adoption 

Partnerships & PR

  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships to expand brand reach 
  • Support positioning with national developers and institutional clients 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within real estate, proptech, or a related field
  • Proven ability to build and scale a brand in a high-growth environment 
  • Strong creative direction skills with a refined design sensibility 
  • Experience marketing to enterprise clients and high-value portfolios 
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation and marketing analytics
  • Highly strategic, but equally capable of execution
