Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to handle high volumes of incoming calls, generate sales leads, and provide exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will identify customer needs, build lasting relationships, and ensure satisfaction through clear, professional communication.

Key Responsibilities Manage large volumes of incoming calls efficiently. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate tools. Meet individual and team sales targets and call handling quotas. Handle customer complaints, providing timely solutions and following up to ensure resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents. Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Go the extra mile to engage customers and deliver exceptional service.

What You’ll Do Triage residential customer complaints and escalate to specialized support teams. Assist with troubleshooting remote access and connectivity issues, especially for smart devices. Provide guidance for mobile app navigation, updates, and account management. Answer questions about software and app changes. Facilitate customer referrals to service providers and dealer/distributor connections. Provide warranty information and product comparisons. Act as a central point of contact to route customers to the appropriate department.
