Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound calls, triage customer inquiries, and provide timely resolutions. Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions while maintaining professional communication. Troubleshoot technical issues, including device connectivity, mobile apps, and software updates. Assist with account setup, login issues, device registration, and warranty information. Provide accurate product information, comparisons, and referrals to dealers or distributors. Document customer interactions, process accounts, and follow company procedures and policies. Meet performance metrics and go the extra mile to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Requirements: Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes. Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools. Technical aptitude or willingness to learn connected device troubleshooting.
