Job Title: Talent Sourcer About the Role The Talent Sourcer supports the Talent Acquisition team by proactively identifying, engaging, and pre-qualifying candidates for hard-to-fill and ageing requisitions. This role partners closely with recruiters to build strong candidate pipelines and accelerate time-to-fill across priority hiring needs. The Sourcer focuses on front-end talent identification and engagement, enabling recruiters to concentrate on stakeholder management, interviews, and offer processes. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Engagement Proactively source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, internal talent pools, referrals, market mapping, and professional networks. Execute sourcing strategies aligned with recruiter-led recruitment strategy meetings and ageing requisitions. Conduct initial candidate outreach primarily via phone, followed by email communication as needed. Promote employer value proposition during candidate engagement. Pre-Qualification & Pipeline Management Pre-screen candidates to evaluate skills, experience, career goals, and interest prior to recruiter handoff. Maintain accurate candidate records within recruiting systems and talent communities. Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Support referral generation and talent community engagement. Recruiter Partnership Collaborate closely with recruiters to prioritize ageing and critical requisitions. Provide regular updates on sourcing activities, candidate flow, and market intelligence. Support recruitment teams during periods of high hiring volume. Process & Compliance Follow established recruiting processes, data privacy standards, and sourcing best practices. Ensure accurate source tracking, documentation, and system updates. Required Qualifications Minimum

2+ years

of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting. Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using

LinkedIn

and

Boolean search techniques . Excellent candidate engagement and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in large, global organizations or RPO environments. Familiarity with

Workday

or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or corporate hiring. Success Metrics Increased qualified candidate pipeline for ageing requisitions. Reduced sourcing workload for recruiters. Faster candidate slate development with improved candidate quality.
