
Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone and in person regarding services, programs, and eligibility. Assist with processing requests such as applications, account updates, and service changes. Handle customer complaints and resolve billing or service issues with professionalism and accuracy. Research policies and procedures to address and resolve complex inquiries. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions. Process payments, reconcile cash, and prepare deposits in accordance with procedures. Complete forms, update records, and manage service-related documentation using computer systems. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further investigation. Communicate updates to customers regarding inquiries, claims, or service adjustments. Qualifications
Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced or public-facing environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Experience using computer systems for data entry and record management. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage customer concerns effectively. Benefits
