PX Generalist: On-Site HR & Employee Relations

Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and motivated People Experience (PX) Generalist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong attention to detail. In this position, you will play a key role in partnering with managers and employees across various client locations, providing comprehensive support throughout the employee lifecycle. From onboarding and day-to-day employee relations to offboarding and exit processing, you will ensure all PX activities are carried out efficiently and in alignment with company policies and procedures. You’ll play a critical role in fostering a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards. This role will be on-site five days a week. Responsibilities & Tasks Main point of contact for managers and employees for general HR-related inquiries by using your excellent customer service skills. Provides guidance to management on employee relations issues and terminations including identifying potential risk. Works closely with managers on assessing performance and everyday issues that arise. Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintains confidentiality related to employee information, to include employment, performance, conduct, etc. Partners and collaborates with Corporate PX Managers to resolve complex issues that may arise. Partners with managers on onboarding new hires. Conducts new hire orientation. Partners with managers and employees to ensure completion of required training assigned. Manages the exit process by ensuring employees are offboarded efficiently (terminations and resignations, conducting exit interviews, etc.) Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, PX Ops, benefits etc.) as needed. Supports other PX functions as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required Minimum of four years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist preferred. Thorough knowledge of US as well as Iowa employment-related laws and regulations. Experience working for Client based Company is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. #L1-NL1
