Global Mobility Administrator

The Global Mobility Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of employee immigration and visa processes across the United States and Canada. This role ensures compliance with immigration laws and regulations, supports internal stakeholders, and delivers a seamless mobility experience for international employees and candidates.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or HR operations, with a focus on U.S. and Canadian immigration.

Working knowledge of U.S. and Canadian immigration processes and visa categories.

Experience working with immigration counsel and managing a high volume of cases simultaneously.

High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and immigration case tracking tools preferred.

Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Salary: $50 - $55 per hour

Shift: First

Work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end visa and immigration processes for employees in the U.S. and Canada (e.g., H-1B, TN, L-1, O-1, PERM, PR, LMIA, work permits).

Partner with external immigration counsel to prepare, review, and track visa petitions and applications.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding immigration status, documentation, and timelines.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date immigration records and case tracking systems.

Monitor visa expiration dates and proactively initiate renewals and extensions.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state/provincial, and local immigration laws and regulations.

Support audits (e.g., I‑9 compliance, public access files, internal reviews).

Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Legal teams to support international hiring and mobility strategies.

Provide guidance on cross‑border employment, relocation, and travel requirements.

Develop and maintain immigration policies, processes, and internal documentation.

Stay current on changes in U.S. and Canadian immigration laws and advise stakeholders accordingly.

Develop and implement a comprehensive global mobility plan aligned with business needs.

Design and build end-to-end internal processes for onboarding and supporting new hires requiring visa sponsorship.
