Overview
We’re hiring a
proven automotive sales professional
ready to move into Finance.
This role will
float between Newton Nissan South and Newton Ford South
(same lot) supporting deal flow where needed.
You won’t need F&I experience — we’ll train you. YOU DO NEED 4 YEARS OF AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXPERIENCE You
do
need a strong closer’s mentality and the drive to go after every deal.
Schedule
This position is for a Closing Manager. Dealership hours extend until
7:00 PM or until the final deal is wrapped up and the last customer leaves
One scheduled weekday off + Closed Sundays
What You’ll Do
Learn and run the finance process. Assist is getting deals funded across both stores
Finalize deals and secure approvals
Keep deals compliant, clean, and profitable
Support both stores as volume shifts
Requirements We are NOT looking for someone with any history in a previous F&I role. We are looking to train our specific process
4+ years automotive sales (non-negotiable)
