Ross Stores - 1400 Posner Boulevard - Responsibilities: Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft and ensure safety.; Greet customers and assist with questions in a courteous and professional manner.; Partner with store leadership to minimize operational shortage and support loss prevention initiatives.; Train and educate associates on shortage reduction initiatives and proper checkout procedures.; Represent and protect the company brand and maintain professional appearance in dress code.
