Freelance Account Director – Part Time

As an Account Director at Crispin, you own the relationship with clients and keep things running smoothly with your internal crew. Leading the team in the day-to-day hustle of managing the client’s business? Yep, that’s all you.

This is a temporary position with an expected commitment of 15 hours per week.


Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with senior clients, including C-Suite (or equivalent) clients to guide the business and the overall client/agency working relationship
  • Manage 360 brand campaigns from brief to delivery with a social-first mindset
  • Support a socially-native, social-first approach to creative
  • Develop strong relationships with partner agency leaders
  • Know when to react to optimize results (pour on the gasoline) or mitigate issues
  • Create client scopes of work and fee recommendations and manage the account financials
  • Monitor scope, identify and manage scope creep and opportunities for expansion
  • Oversee success tracking and monitoring
  • Master the communication skills to deliver tough feedback to clients or argue a point of view that supports the strategy and creative POV
  • Dive in and get things done


Qualifications:

  • Available to start immediately
  • 10+ years of agency experience, including ownership of end-to-end brand campaigns, social-first campaigns, and multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience in professional client relationship management
  • Proven ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
  • Experience with highly-matrixed organizations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
  • Full awareness of creative processes, planning, ecomm management, and media
