This is a temporary position with an expected commitment of 15 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Build trusted relationships with senior clients, including C-Suite (or equivalent) clients to guide the business and the overall client/agency working relationship
Manage 360 brand campaigns from brief to delivery with a social-first mindset
Support a socially-native, social-first approach to creative
Develop strong relationships with partner agency leaders
Know when to react to optimize results (pour on the gasoline) or mitigate issues
Create client scopes of work and fee recommendations and manage the account financials
Monitor scope, identify and manage scope creep and opportunities for expansion
Oversee success tracking and monitoring
Master the communication skills to deliver tough feedback to clients or argue a point of view that supports the strategy and creative POV

Qualifications:
Available to start immediately
10+ years of agency experience, including ownership of end-to-end brand campaigns, social-first campaigns, and multi-channel campaigns
Experience in professional client relationship management
Proven ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
Experience with highly-matrixed organizations
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
Full awareness of creative processes, planning, ecomm management, and media
