Hospice Sales Recruiter, Local Contract- Remote Recruiter, Atlanta, GHA, 13 week

Job Summary Manage full‑cycle recruitment for 15‑20 sales openings within an assigned region. Lead intake calls with hiring managers to align on role expectations and interview strategy.
Duties
Create and execute strategic sourcing campaigns, including cold calling, text/email blasts, database mining, direct mail, and networking.
Screen and interview candidates, documenting insights in the ATS and submitting qualified applicants for review.
Coordinate interviews, deliver candidate feedback, and partner on offer negotiations.
Provide weekly recruitment updates to hiring managers and regional leaders.
Collaborate with hiring teams to forecast staffing needs and improve recruitment effectiveness.
Maintain applicant tracking and compliance documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum five (5) years of full‑cycle sales recruiting experience within healthcare.
Demonstrated success in a metrics‑driven recruiting environment.
Strong experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and CRM/texting tools.
Strong ability to engage with and influence senior leadership.
Proven experience reviewing resumes and executing high‑volume sourcing strategies.
Strong decision‑making skills and ability to prioritize multiple requisitions.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills at all levels of the organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and recruiting tools.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to work independently.
Deep understanding of candidate experience, employment law, and recruitment compliance.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience recruiting for sales positions.
Experience recruiting for clinical positions (i.e., RN, LPN, Social Workers).
Education
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
Languages
English – Read, Write, Speak.
