Assistant Property Manager - No Previous PM Experience Needed!

One of our clients* is looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join their team and support the daily operations of a residential community! This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with strong administrative, customer service, or coordination experience looking to grow a career in property management. You’ll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, supporting residents, and assisting with leasing and financial processes. Office & Administrative Support Greet residents and visitors while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment Answer phones and direct calls appropriately Coordinate outgoing mailings, shipping, and deliveries Perform filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks Order office supplies and coordinate document storage (e.g., Support the team with special projects and day-to-day office needs Act as a liaison between the property office and other departments

Resident Relations & Leasing Support Communicate with residents via email and phone to address questions and requests Coordinate temporary parking passes for residents and guests Process rental applications and assist with lease paperwork for new residents Prepare and send lease renewals and follow up for signatures Help coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up

Financial & Operations Support Assist with monitoring rent collections Organize invoices and support accounts payable processes Assist with vendor payments and administrative tracking Help prepare move-out files and final account statements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in administrative support, customer service, or office coordination Comfortable communicating with a variety of people (residents, vendors, team members) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with databases or systems is a plus Excellent entry point into property management or real estate Hands-on experience across operations, leasing, and resident relations Opportunity to grow into a Property Manager role over time Supportive team environment with training provided
