This position supports attorneys in litigation, estate planning, and medicaid matters, requiring a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role blends legal support with client coordination. Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, and communicating with clients, courts, referral sources, etc., organizing and maintaining files, assembling estate planning binders, preparing and filing legal documents, managing court filings. We are looking for someone who is proactive, forward-thinking, and takes ownership of their role—anticipating needs, staying on top of deadlines, and ensuring things do not fall through the cracks. A high level of discretion, professionalism, and client service is essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate client appointments and maintain attorney calendars Communicate with professionalism and purpose, cultivating strong working relationships with clients, referral sources, courts, and other contacts Organize and maintain physical and electronic files Assist with assembling and organizing signed estate planning documents into client-ready binders and ensuring proper storage in firm systems Prepare, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings and court filings Manage electronic filings with courts and ensure compliance with filing requirements Assist with assembling exhibits and compiling documentation for litigation, estate planning and medicaid matters Anticipate attorney and client needs and proactively support matter progression REQUIREMENTS: Promote and adhere to our Core Values (

Possess high level of professional judgement. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to maintain focus and follow through on tasks in a fast-paced environment. High level of emotional maturity and professionalism . Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office 365. Experience with Clio a plus Ability to make good decisions, independently plan and carry out assignments with minimal guidance. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
