Analyst / Associate
to join its
Debt Asset Management team
in Atlanta! If you're looking to transition into or grow within
debt-side real estate investing/asset management , this is a strong platform to build from. This role offers direct exposure to a
national portfolio of CRE loans with ample active deal flow
and the opportunity to work across asset management, credit, and capital markets functions in a highly analytical, deal-oriented environment. What You’ll Be Doing: • Support management of a diversified loan portfolio secured by transitional real estate assets • Monitor collateral performance, business plan execution, and loan covenant compliance • Build and analyze loan and property-level cash flow models • Prepare investment reports and present insights to senior leadership • Assist with loan modifications, refinancings, assumptions, and other structured transactions • Conduct market research and performance analysis across asset types and markets • Identify risk factors and support execution of asset-level strategies, including workouts • Coordinate with borrowers, servicers, legal teams, and third-party consultants • Participate in site visits and property inspections What We’re Looking For: • 2–5+ years of experience in real estate finance, lending, or asset management • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities (Argus exposure preferred) • Understanding of loan structures, credit analysis, and real estate fundamentals • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills with the ability to interface across internal and external stakeholders • High attention to detail and ownership mindset
