Position Summary The Communications Coordinator will support cross‑functional communication efforts across several departments at Xponential Fitness, including Technology, Partnerships, Marketing, and Marketing Technology. This role will help coordinate and proofread communications, support updates related to distribution lists and vendor announcements, monitor the digital experience of our members, and assist with presenting information in a clear, organized, and visually effective way. The ideal candidate is highly detail‑oriented, visually savvy, and comfortable supporting both written and presentation‑based communications. This role is well suited for someone who is organized, innovative, collaborative, and skilled in design‑forward communication tools.

Key Responsibilities

Support internal communication initiatives across multiple teams, including Technology, Partnerships, Marketing, and Marketing Technology

Partner with the Technology team to help coordinate and communicate updates to distribution lists

Support the Partnerships team with communications related to new vendor relationships and vendorship updates

Assist Marketing and MarTech teams with needs tied to website development progress and related updates

Proofread copy for internal and external communications to ensure clarity, consistency, professionalism, and accuracy

Develop clear, polished presentations and communication materials to support project updates and business initiatives

Translate complex or detailed information into digestible, audience‑friendly formats

Assist with layout and design of communication materials using tools such as Canva and Figma

Help maintain consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across communications

Coordinate timelines, drafts, revisions, and stakeholder feedback for communication deliverables

Provide administrative and project support for communication‑related initiatives as needed

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary between $71,000 - $75,000 USD per year depending on experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred

2+ years of experience in communications, marketing, coordination, or a related support role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent proofreading and editing skills with strong attention to detail

Experience creating presentations and presenting data in a visually clear and compelling way

Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint or Google Slides required

Experience with Figma preferred

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Ability to work cross‑functionally with a variety of departments and stakeholders

Language proficiency or multilingual skills preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
