Position Summary The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of marketing initiatives for boutique fitness studio franchises. This role focuses on campaign coordination, franchisee marketing support, asset management, and performance tracking. The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in ensuring marketing programs are executed efficiently and that franchisees have the tools and resources needed to successfully grow their studios. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail‑oriented marketer looking to grow their career in brand marketing, franchise marketing, or fitness marketing within a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Coordination
Support execution of national marketing campaigns and promotions
Coordinate timelines and deliverables with internal teams and agencies
Manage marketing calendars and project trackers
Assist with campaign setup and deployment across channels
Ensure assets are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards
Franchisee Marketing Support
Respond to franchisee marketing requests and questions
Help maintain marketing resource libraries and portals
Assist in developing marketing toolkits and guides
Support local marketing initiatives and studio events
Help coordinate new studio opening marketing materials
Marketing Operations Support
Upload and organize creative assets
Maintain brand marketing documentation
Support vendor coordination and invoice tracking
Assist with budget tracking and expense management
Manage promotional inventory when applicable
Digital & CRM Support
Assist with email campaign setup and testing
Support CRM list management and segmentation
Help track lead generation campaigns
Coordinate updates to studio landing pages where applicable
Support member communication initiatives
Reporting & Analytics
Compile weekly and monthly marketing reports
Track key metrics such as Leads, Conversions, Campaign performance, Studio participation
Maintain dashboards and reporting templates
Provide insights to marketing leadership
Qualifications
1–3 years of marketing experience or relevant internships
Experience in marketing coordination, project management, or campaign support preferred
Fitness, franchise, retail, or agency experience a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong time management skills
Team‑oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and grow in a marketing career
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace, CRM systems, Email marketing platforms, Social media platforms, Project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello)
Basic understanding of digital marketing preferred
