We are hiring a

Call Center Sales Training & Onboarding Leader

to build and develop outbound sales agents who can perform in a structured, scripted phone sales environment.

This role sits at the intersection of

training, coaching, and sales performance.

You will not just teach material; you will be responsible for how well new agents execute on live calls.

This role is best suited for candidates who are comfortable in performance-driven environments where results are measured by call quality, conversion, and speed to productivity.

About the Role As our Training & Onboarding Leader, you'll use adult learning principles to drive fast, measurable performance. You will design and deliver a structured onboarding experience that turns new hires into confident, high-converting outbound sales agents. Fast.

This is not a traditional training role.

Your success is measured by one thing:

how quickly new agents ramp to performance and start producing revenue.

This is a fully remote, US-based role. You’ll own the learning architecture, lead one-week virtual onboarding cohorts, coach agents through early ramp, and partner closely with Sales, Ops, and QA to ensure what you teach shows up on live calls.

You’ll also spend ~15–20% of your time supporting recruiting, screening for the traits that translate into sales success.

What You’ll Own Onboarding that produces results Design and deliver a structured one-week onboarding that prepares agents to handle real calls, not just understand the material.

Train agents to deliver a highly structured, scripted sales process with confidence, clarity, and natural tone.

Coaching for performance Identify breakdowns early, correct behaviors quickly, and accelerate speed to productivity.

Training tied to real outcomes Continuously refine training based on call quality, conversion data, and agent performance.

Talent calibration Help identify who will succeed in this environment before they ever hit the phones.

What We’re Looking For: You favor practical, applied training over theory-heavy instruction. You care more about whether an agent can execute on a live call than whether they can explain the concept.

Experience training in a sales-driven environment You’ve trained people whose performance was measured by output, not participation. Ideally in outbound, phone sales, or a scripted sales environment.

You understand what good sounds like on a call You can hear an agent for 30 seconds and immediately identify what’s working and what’s not.

You coach behavior, not just explain concepts You don’t just teach the script. You correct delivery, tone, pacing, and execution.

You’ve helped new hires ramp fast and start producing results.

You are fully remote-capable and digitally self-sufficient You troubleshoot your own tech, run clean virtual sessions, and expect others to do the same.

Based in the United States with reliable internet and a private workspace Important: While this role is not a fit for purely academic or classroom-based training backgrounds, we are looking for someone who has built and evolved training content across video, web-based courses, and live testing environments with a clear focus on preparing agents to perform on live calls.

If your experience is primarily in traditional education or theory-heavy L&D environments without direct accountability to sales performance, this role will likely feel misaligned.

Strong Plus:

Experience training in a scripted sales environment

Phone sales, outbound call centers, or DTC sales systems where structure matters.

Experience working with ESL or global teams

Base salary: $50,000–$65,000 depending on experience

Performance bonus tied to agent ramp and training outcomes

Unlimited PTO; after the first 90 days

Fully remote; US-based candidates only

Full-time | Six-month probationary period
