Leasing Consultant

River Ranch Apartments
in
San Angelo, TX . Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER!
Schedule Monday-Friday 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Rotating Saturdays 10:00 am-4:00 pm
Location River Ranch Apartments 4225 S Jackson St San Angelo, TX 76903
Responsibilities
Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants.
Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities.
Lease vacant apartments to new residents.
Renew leasing contracts with existing residents.
Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts.
Assist property team with marketing efforts.
Participate in community outreach for brand awareness.
Fostering and maintaining relationships with on-site residents.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service.
Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Valid Driver's License.
