About the Opportunity We’re partnering with a
high-performing, nationally recognized wealth advisory team
that is continuing to grow due to internal promotions. This is a rare opportunity to join a firm that invests heavily in its people and offers a
clear path to becoming a Lead Advisor within ~2 years .
This role is ideal for someone early in their financial services career who wants
hands-on exposure to client meetings, financial planning, and relationship management —while receiving mentorship from experienced advisors.
What You’ll Do
Attend client meetings and document key follow-ups and action items
Support development of financial plans, proposals, and recommendations
Manage client workflows, tasks, and communication within CRM systems
Prepare materials for meetings and ensure seamless follow-through
Act as a secondary point of contact for client relationships
Communicate professionally via phone, email, Zoom, and in person
Complete required licensing with full company support
What We’re Looking For
1–2+ years of experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Client-first mindset with high integrity and professionalism
Desire to grow, learn, and pursue advanced credentials
Licensing & Growth Path
Life & Health License – within 6 months
Series 7 & 63 – within 12 months
CFP® – encouraged within ~2 years
Compensation & Structure
Base Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 (based on licensure)
15% Performance Bonus
No commission structure until promotion to Lead Advisor
