FP&A Manager: Strategic Insights & Growth, On-site NYC

Prominent, global investment management company seeks a manager in their FP&A function to report to the head of the department and manage a team of 6. This individual will drive visibility, insight, and decision-making across a fast-moving organization. This role sits at the center of the business—owning forecasting, delivering clear performance insights to leadership, and partnering cross-functionally on key initiatives and investments. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how the company plans, analyzes, and executes. What you’ll do: • Own and enhance monthly reporting and performance dashboards • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across teams • Build models to support strategic decisions and growth initiatives • Partner with business leaders to translate data into actionable insights • Improve processes, tools, and overall FP&A capabilities What we’re looking for: Strong FP&A / corporate finance experience within the financial services industry Advanced Excel and modeling skills Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Proactive mindset with strong ownership Great opportunity for someone who wants real exposure, impact, and a seat at the table This is an in-office job in Midtown Manhattan Total compensation (base and bonus combined) 350-500k depending on experience.
