
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re building a high-velocity growth engine inside a 27-year heritage beauty brand and this role will own how Eufora scales and wins in a digital‑first world.
As our E‑Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of DTC revenue performance across paid media, email/SMS lifecycle marketing, and on‑site conversion. You’ll work directly with our Creative Director, Social & Community Lead, and agency partners to turn deep product credibility into scalable digital growth.

You’re equally comfortable writing scroll‑stopping ad hooks and analyzing blended ROAS. If you believe the best DTC brands are built on authentic product stories, this role was made for you.
What you’ll own 1. Performance marketing & paid media strategy
Set paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms—driving measurable DTC revenue growth.
Manage agency relationships: set ROAS targets, approve creative briefs, review reporting cadence, and hold them accountable to outcomes.
Develop ad hooks, messaging angles, and campaign concepts in collaboration with our creative team.
Identify top‑performing organic content for UGC whitelisting and paid amplification.
Own CAC and blended ROAS reporting across all paid channels.
2. Email & SMS lifecycle marketing (Klaviyo)
Own the full email and SMS revenue channel: campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, and list health.
Build and optimize lifecycle flows—including welcome series, post‑purchase, replenishment reminders, winback, and VIP segmentation.
Write and oversee compelling, on‑brand copy designed to convert—working with the design team on email templates.
Leverage subscription data from Recharge and Rebuy to build retention‑focused communications that increase LTV and reduce churn.
Manage the fractional email/CRM specialist on execution and QA while you own strategy and flow architecture.
3. E‑commerce & conversion optimization
Own DTC performance metrics for eufora.net (Shopify): CAC, LTV, CVR, AOV, and contribution margin.
Identify CRO opportunities and guide landing page messaging, structure, and UX improvements with our web designer.
Optimize the subscription and replenishment experience through Recharge and Rebuy.
Partner with Sales and Operations to enhance the full customer journey from first click to repeat purchase.
4. Analytics, insights & reporting
Monitor performance metrics across paid media, email, web, and subscription channels.
Translate data into clear, actionable insights that inform creative direction and channel investment decisions.
Establish a consistent reporting cadence with leadership and agency partners.
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks in Shopify, Klaviyo, and platform analytics that give the team real‑time visibility into what’s working.
About you Must‑haves
5+ years in growth, performance, or e‑commerce marketing with direct P&L or revenue accountability.
Proven experience owning email marketing strategy and execution in Klaviyo—including automated flows, segmentation, and revenue optimization.
Strong understanding of paid media strategy across Meta and TikTok, with experience setting ROAS targets and managing agency partners.
Hands‑on experience with Shopify and subscription/replenishment tools (Recharge, Rebuy, or similar).
A strong copywriter with an instinct for clever, high‑converting messaging across ads, email, and landing pages.
Experience managing agencies and external creative resources toward performance outcomes.
Analytical mindset—comfortable building reports, reading data, and making budget allocation decisions based on what the numbers say.
Strong advantages

DTC experience with subscription commerce and retention marketing strategies.
