Description Your Role We are seeking a mid‑level Senior Social Content Specialist to lead social‑first concepting and campaign storytelling across product launches and brand initiatives. You will shape how the brand shows up across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms, driving breakthrough ideas. You think in campaigns, not posts. You understand how to build a social narrative that ladders up to a larger brand world. You can translate marketing briefs into compelling creative solutions and are hands‑on in execution from ideation through final delivery. On an average day, you’ll juggle being a hands‑on content creator, concepting new campaign ideas, and scrolling to see what’s happening in culture and how Victoria’s Secret can play into it.

Your Impact

Lead social‑first creative concepting for product launches, campaigns, and cultural moments — developing scalable ideas across owned and paid channels.

Proactively identify emerging platform and cultural trends early, translating them into ownable, fashion‑forward brand moments for Victoria’s Secret.

Capture, create, and edit high‑performing, mobile‑first content for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms with speed and precision.

Manage daily social calendar rollout and execution while balancing high‑volume output with premium, editorial‑quality craft.

Minimum Salary $85,700.00

Maximum Salary $114,660.00

Qualifications Your Experience

Great attitude and down to be a hands‑on‑team player willing to pitch in to get anything across the finish line.

3–5 years of experience in social, advertising, or brand creative (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle preferred), with both concepting and hands‑on content capture experience.

Social‑obsessed with a sharp artistic eye and strong instinct for trends, algorithms, and culturally relevant moments.

Ideal candidate is experienced with the Adobe Creative Suite of programs, as well as savvy in mobile‑first editing tools (CapCut, Reels, TikTok in‑app).

Collaborative, proactive self‑starter who confidently pitches emerging ideas, remixes trends with an on‑brand twist, and has experience shooting product‑focused content.

Has experience shooting product‑only content.
