Construction Superintendent

ICB Construction Group is growing and looking for Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across Middle Georgia. If you take pride in running a clean jobsite, holding subcontractors accountable, and delivering quality work on schedule, this is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout

Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and site logistics

Maintain and drive the project schedule in coordination with the PM

Enforce safety standards and run weekly safety meetings

Ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and quality expectations

Manage punch lists and project closeout

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in commercial construction

Experience managing multiple trades and fast-paced schedules

Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and field coordination

Ability to read plans, specs, and shop drawings

Procore experience preferred

OSHA 30 (or willing to obtain)
