A nationally AmLaw 100 firm with a highly regarded Real Estate practice group. About the Role Seeking a Real Estate Attorney for their Kansas City office. Candidates ideally will have 3-6 years of sophisticated real estate law experience including dispositions, title review, development work, and acquisitions. Responsibilities Dispositions Title review Acquisitions Experience with joint ventures and financing is advantageous Qualifications 3-6 years of sophisticated real estate law experience Admission to Missouri State Bar required Cover letter and transcripts will be required before final submission Required Skills Ability to develop meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues Possess a sophisticated practice Preferred Skills Experience with joint ventures and financing Pay range and compensation package Salary listed in approximate and similar to lockstep.
