$100k–$180k base + bonus
The Opportunity A leading investment firm is hiring a
Campus Recruiter/Talent Associate
to focus on early-career hiring.
This is a
true end-to-end campus recruiting position
with strong visibility to senior stakeholders. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building pipelines from scratch, partnering closely with hiring managers, and operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own campus recruiting strategy and execution for early-career talent
Partner directly with senior hiring managers to define hiring needs
Build and manage candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from initial engagement through offer
Represent the firm at campus events and networking initiatives
Use data and market insights to refine recruiting strategies
What They’re Looking For
3–7 years of campus or early-career recruiting experience (potentially open to outside experience)
Proven ability to run full-cycle recruiting processes independently
Strong sourcing capabilities
Strategic mindset
High ownership, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
Strong communication skills and ability to partner with senior stakeholders

Travel required: Campus travel during peak seasons (fall + spring cycles)
