We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our daily marketing execution.
Your job is simple:
Drive customers into the store
This is a hands‑on role focused on execution and results.
Facebook & Instagram Ads (Primary Focus)
Build, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
Promote appliances, furniture, and new inventory
Run weekly sales and promotional campaigns
Test and optimize ads for messages, calls, and store visits
Create and post daily video content
Deals of the day
Price comparisons vs big box stores
Post across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Keep content fast‑paced, engaging, and sales‑driven
Build and execute a monthly marketing plan
Inventory pushes
Align marketing with incoming inventory and sales goals
Adjust campaigns based on performance
What Success Looks Like
Daily flow of leads and customer inquiries
Increased store traffic
Faster inventory turnover
Consistent daily content and active ad campaigns
Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager
Strong with video content and social media
Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment
Able to work independently with little direction
Experienced enough to make decisions and execute without constant oversight
Self‑starter with strong execution and follow‑through
Experience with Facebook Marketplace
Retail, automotive, or high‑volume sales background
Proven ability to create content that drives immediate action
Compensation Base Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 per year
Performance Bonus: $10,000 – $30,000+ based on results
Total Potential: $60,000 – $95,000+
Bonus is tied to:
Leads generated
