Overview Client is seeking professional Freight Broker / Account Managers to join our growing team in Miami. The role involves developing new shipper relationships, growing freight portfolio, and managing the full brokerage sales cycle from prospecting to load execution.

Responsibilities

Develop new business by using strong sales aptitude.

Establish and meet sales metrics and targets.

Continuously feed the pipeline and convert prospects into active customers.

Provide excellent customer service to existing and newly acquired customers.

Effectively manage growing book of customers.

Support team collaboration.

Qualifications

Recent over‑the‑road (OTR) freight brokerage sales and logistics experience.

B2B sales experience a plus.

Motivated, driven and a will to succeed.

Strong business acumen and excellent work ethic.

Exceptional customer relationship skills.

Proficient in MS Office.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Team oriented.

Degree is highly preferred; a highly skilled professional without a degree may still be considered.
