Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our staffing firm. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and consultative selling. Identify and target prospective clients through research, networking, and cold outreach. Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and industries. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers. Conduct client meetings to understand staffing needs and present tailored solutions. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts. Provide feedback to internal teams to refine service offerings and pricing strategies. Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or HR services. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for business development. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 8:00am 5:00pm, 40 hours per week Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
