Asia, LATAM, Europe, MENA & CIS. As the European Media Manager, you will be LinkMe’s primary "on-the-ground" ambassador in Europe. You will bridge the gap between our Chinese headquarters and the European influencer ecosystem. This isn't just about managing ads; it’s about cultural translation—taking the needs of Chinese gaming and tech giants and making them resonate with European creators and audiences. Key Responsibilities Influencer Strategy & KOL Management (60%): Identify, negotiate, and maintain high-level relationships with European influencer agencies and top-tier KOLs (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok). You are the face of LinkMe to the talent. End-to-End Project Execution (30%): Partner with Beijing PMs to execute high-impact campaigns. This includes everything from brief delivery and content review to managing offline presence at major events like Gamescom. Market Intelligence (10%): Act as the "European Eyes" for the Group CEO and BU Heads. Report on competitor moves, trending content formats, and regulatory shifts in the EU market. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5 years in Media Management, PR, and Influencer Marketing. Fluency in English AND either French or German is mandatory. Understand European consumer habits but can navigate the fast-paced Chinese global tech firm. Deep knowledge of the Gaming/Gaming Publishers, and influencers (KOL) landscape. Comfortable with remote work and - ideally - willing to travel to Beijing twice a year for strategic alignment. Preferred Pluses Ability to communicate in Mandarin (Chinese).
