Role Overview
The Marketing Consultant will support sponsorship-related hospitality operations, including planning, logistics, and on‑site event support. This role ensures the smooth execution of hospitality programs by coordinating with partners, managing ticketing assets, tracking budgets, and helping deliver high‑quality experiences aligned with sponsorship objectives. Operating in a fast‑paced environment, the consultant will manage day‑to‑day fulfillment tasks, assist sponsorship managers, and ensure disciplined execution of hospitality deliverables while following established processes and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of hospitality assets and deliverables across the sponsorship portfolio.
Coordinate logistics and provide on‑site support for sponsorship‑related events and hospitality programs, including required travel.
Track hospitality budgets and process expenses in accordance with established guidelines.
Serve as a point of contact for Lines of Business, Sponsorship Managers, and external partners.
Assist with resolving daily issues related to hospitality fulfillment and event execution.
Upload, track, and manage sponsorship ticket assets in TMS.
Coordinate with the Ticket Management team on allocations, fulfillment, and asset accuracy.
Follow established processes and maintain documentation for audit and compliance needs.
Support multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting events, hospitality programs, or sponsorship activations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
Working knowledge of hospitality operations, venue coordination, or event logistics.
Strong attention to detail, follow‑through, and task ownership.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
6+ months of Marketing, E‑business, Digital Marketing, or Digital Platforms experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with event management or ticketing systems (e.g., TMS, Cvent, or similar tools).
Experience coordinating with external partners or sponsorship entities.
Experience tracking budgets or processing expenses.
Familiarity with ticketing workflows and asset fulfillment.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $35.00 and $37.00 per hour.
