Bilingual HR Representative

Vertical Mechanical Group (VMG) is seeking a Bilingual HR Representative to support day-to-day HR operations. This is a great opportunity for someone at the coordinator or early-career level looking to grow within Human Resources.

What You'll Do:

• Support onboarding and new hire orientation
• Answer employee questions related to HR policies and benefits
• Maintain employee records and HR systems
• Assist with employee relations and performance documentation
• Support compliance, reporting, and HR administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
• 1–3 years of HR, admin, or coordinator experience
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate with field and office employees
