We are seeking a highly organized, relentless, and proactive Personal Injury Paralegal to drive our cases from initial intake up to litigation and trial.

Core Responsibilities
Case Management: Command the day-to-day progression of a high-volume motor vehicle accident docket, ensuring strict compliance with treatment plans and zero missed deadlines.
Evidence Acquisition: Rapidly secure police reports, 911 audio, dashcam footage, and witness statements to lock down liability early.
Medical & Billing Coordination: Order, track, and meticulously summarize medical records and billing statements. Identify, verify, and aggressively negotiate health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and provider liens.
Demand Generation: Draft compelling, highly detailed demand packages that accurately capture liability, chronological medical history, and the full scope of the plaintiff's damages for attorney review.
Client Advocacy: Serve as a primary point of contact, providing top-tier client communication while guiding them through the lifecycle of their claim.
Qualifications
3+ years of dedicated plaintiff-side personal injury experience, specifically handling auto accident and other personal injury claims.
Deep understanding of PIP/No-Fault laws, Bodily Injury (BI), and Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist (UM/UIM) coverage.
Ferocious attention to detail and the ability to ruthlessly prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Proficiency with modern legal case management software and digital file organization.
