Senior Interior & Architectural Designer - Master Planning

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and a passion for developing innovative solutions. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create visually appealing designs that meet project specifications and client needs. Duties Lead high-level master planning, conceptualization, and design visioning. Collaborate with the Design Team to transform concepts into functional space plans, elevations, details, and 3D models for further design development. Create 3D presentation renderings to effectively communicate design ideas. Present design concepts to both internal teams and clients. Work closely with the project team throughout all project phases to ensure clear communication of design intent. Review submittals and RFIs to ensure alignment with design intent and coordination with the team Develop and execute interior architectural details in alignment with the team's design vision. Support the Project Manager by preparing detailed task lists and schedules. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited program. 4+ years of experience in Interior design or Architecture. Experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Luxury Residential design is a plus. Proficient in space planning with a strong understanding of the design process. Well-balanced technical expertise and architectural/interior design skills across all project phases. Knowledge of building codes and regulations. Team-oriented and collaborative with a proactive mindset and strong leadership abilities. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
