Familiarity with Active Directory
Comfortable using remote support tools
Basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Responsibilities
Provide first‑level IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system
Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and network issues
Track, update, and close tickets within SLA guidelines
Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base articles
Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Aurora, IL.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
