The Opportunity Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for a Server Assistant at Quattro Restaurant.
Essential Functions of the Job
Assists the server in clearing and resetting the tables according to the restaurant standards.
Assists the server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
Performs side work such as polishing silverware, refilling the condiment containers, and crumbing the tables as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications And Skills
This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge.
Candidates must have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Ability to carry and balance a tray.
Must provide work authorization document – proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America.
