Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a well-established and reputable insurance agency. This role will focus on servicing and marketing mid-to-large commercial accounts, with a particular emphasis on construction, manufacturing, contractors, social services, and hospitality industries.
Compensation Package
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
Work Arrangement : Hybrid (2-3 days in-office weekly) or fully in-office
Responsibilities
Manage a book of middle-market commercial accounts, including construction, manufacturing, contractors, social services, and hospitality.
Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Market and quote new and renewal business.
Collaborate with sales producers to support client accounts.
Maintain accurate and organized records using EPIC software.
Act as a leader within the team, taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a strong preference for candidates with construction industry experience.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
Soft Skills :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Independent worker with the ability to take initiative.
High level of customer service and professionalism.
Leadership qualities and a team-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
