Technical Project Sales Manager (f/m/d)

Ultimate Europe based in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde (Lower Austria), is part of a very successful international group of companies with additional locations in Romania, Poland, Turkey, the USA, China and Australia. We are engaged in the development, sale and service of gangways, automatic door systems and interior fittings for rail vehicles and buses. We are looking for a new employee for our location in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde to strengthen and expand our international market activities.
Your tasks: Support and develop existing customer relationships with OEMs and manufacturers in the railway sector Analyze customer requirements and process technical specifications Create, calculate, and present technical offers Provide technical and commercial advice to our international customers throughout the entire offer phase Negotiate prices, conditions, and contracts up to successful completion Follow up on ongoing offers and actively support project acquisition Enter orders into our ERP system and maintain relevant project and customer data
Your skills: Completed technical education (e.g., HTL, FH, university, or comparable qualification) Several years of experience in technical sales or project sales, ideally in the railway, automotive, or industrial supplier industry Very good technical understanding as well as interest in complex product and system solutions Experience in dealing with international customers and tendering processes is an advantage Excellent German and English skills Willingness to travel for customer visits and international projects Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a structured way of working
