The Opportunity
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will support commercial execution across market through coordination, tracking, and administrative support of events, partnerships, and retail activation.
The role ensures smooth delivery of initiatives by managing timelines, materials, and communication across teams. You will report directly to a Brand Manager.
What Your Impact Will Be 1. Execution Coordination
Coordinate execution of key brand events (e.g. Legends Tour, Uno Social Club), supporting timelines, logistics, and deliverables.
Assist in the execution of PR partnerships and creator-led programs.
Support rollout of global and regional plans across events, partnerships, and activations.
Help ensure materials and assets are delivered on time and meet execution requirements.
2. Stakeholder Partnership
Support local retail pitches in partnership with Sales and Trade Marketing by coordinating inputs and materials.
Assist Sales teams with execution of retailer activation and customer initiatives.
Help ensure alignment of executional materials with retailer and channel requirements.
3. Performance & Optimization
Track local performance across events, PR partnerships, creator programs, and retail activation.
Maintain trackers and reporting documents, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
Flag any gaps or variances in execution or performance.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Commercial, Sales, and Trade Marketing to support execution.
Track progress of initiatives and follow up on timelines and deliverables.
Share relevant local observations and insights related to competitive execution and retail dynamics.
