Job Title: Executive Recruiter (Senior Leadership & Executive Search)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead full lifecycle searches for senior leadership roles, including Director, VP, and C‑suite positions. This role partners closely with executive stakeholders to deliver high‑impact hiring strategies that support long‑term organizational growth. You’ll drive complex, confidential searches while providing market intelligence and ensuring a best‑in‑class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end executive recruitment for senior and specialized leadership roles

Partner with executives to define role scope, competencies, and hiring strategy

Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies (market mapping, direct sourcing, passive outreach)

Conduct in‑depth candidate assessments for leadership capability and cultural alignment

Manage confidential searches with professionalism and discretion

Build and maintain pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles

Provide market insights, compensation data, and talent intelligence

Facilitate structured interviews, debriefs, and hiring decisions

Lead executive offer strategy, negotiation, and closing

Ensure compliance with hiring standards and regulations

Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, engagement)

Required Qualifications

Must live in one of the following states: AZ, AK, AR, CO, DC, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, KS, LA, MD, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OK, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WY

Must be a US Citizen

High School Diploma or GED

8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in executive recruiting or sourcing

Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders

Expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement

Proven success filling niche and hard‑to‑fill roles

Advanced interviewing and candidate assessment skills

Strong negotiation skills for executive‑level offers

Experience handling confidential searches

Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SeekOut, etc.)

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret hiring data

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Leadership, Healthcare, or related field

Healthcare or regulated industry recruiting experience

Background in executive search or retained search firms

Experience with succession planning and workforce strategy

Professional recruiting certifications (e.g., SHRM-TA, AIRS)

Core Competencies Analytical problem‑solving, data‑driven decision‑making, independent execution, strong communication and influencing skills, adaptability, creativity, empathy, and proficiency in Microsoft‑based systems and ATS platforms.
