About the Role We’re seeking an experienced contract Sourcing Recruiter to support our global technology clients' talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring teams to design and execute effective sourcing strategies, proactively identify and engage passive talent, and deliver high‑quality candidate pipelines for sales and sales‑adjacent roles.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies for Go‑To‑Market and sales‑related roles.
Proactively identify, research, and engage passive candidates through targeted sourcing, networking, and relationship management.
Deliver diverse, high‑quality candidate slates while maintaining a strong employer brand and candidate experience.
Profile candidates for both technical/functional fit and cultural alignment.
Recommend innovative and cost‑effective recruitment strategies based on market insights and talent availability.
Manage candidate data and sourcing activity with strong organization and attention to detail.
Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing approaches in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
Qualifications
Experience as a corporate or search firm recruiter/sourcer, supporting mid‑ to senior‑level talent.
Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates, particularly for sales or go‑to‑market roles.
Strong networking, relationship‑building, and consultative skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering consistent, high‑quality results.
