LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Sales Recruiter to support a rapidly growing organization within the advanced energy space. This Senior Technical Sales Recruiter will play a critical role in scaling U.S. commercial operations, partnering directly with leadership to attract top technical sales talent.
What You’ll Do
Own full‑cycle recruiting for technical sales, business development and marketing roles
Manage 10–20 active requisitions across commercial functions
Proactively source and engage passive candidates nationwide
Partner with senior leadership to influence hiring strategy
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
What’s Needed?
5+ years of experience as a Senior Sales Recruiter
Strong background recruiting for technical sales or commercial roles
Experience in manufacturing, energy, industrial or technology sectors preferred
Advanced sourcing skills with a proactive, hunter mentality
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Must be comfortable working onsite 5 days/week in Manteno, IL
