We’re hiring
Customer Support Professionals
to support a leading financial services client in
Minneapolis, MN . This is an excellent opportunity for
entry-level candidates
or individuals looking to grow within
customer service, operations, or technical support .
What You’ll Do:
Provide customer support to clients and financial advisors via phone
Troubleshoot website‑related issues (logins, password resets, navigation, account inquiries)
Handle high‑volume inbound calls in a fast‑paced environment
Deliver a high‑quality, client‑focused service experience
Route and direct inquiries as needed (operator‑style support)
Follow structured processes while maintaining a personable, engaging approach
Call Volume & Environment:
~20–30 calls per day depending on season
Performance focused on
quality and client experience , not just speed
Classroom‑style learning + live call simulations + AI‑assisted training
Hands‑on experience with internal systems and tools
Typically 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (may vary based on business needs)
Occasional evenings/weekends during peak seasons (e.g., tax season)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, personable, and adaptable attitude
Customer‑first mindset (“face of the brand”)
Ability to multitask and follow structured processes
Basic technical aptitude (Microsoft Office, internal systems)
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Experience with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneNote)
Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Copilot)
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
